With rising unemployment rates and the challenges of today's economy, crime is on the rise. An apartment complex located at the 6400 block of 47th Street in Sacramento, has been experiencing a significant problem with mail theft at their community during the last week. Someone has been opening the complex's main mail kiosk and stealing mail out of the residents' individual mailboxes. But due to the camera surveillance system on-site, coupled with live video monitoring service, the suspect was caught. (PRWeb Mar 15, 2009)
